Reviews (72)All of the movies were scratched but 3 of the 8 skipped throughout the disc because of deep scratches and 5 were scratched but still playable. I only requested refunds for 3 since I was able to watch the others but I think sellers should disclose the true condition of the disc instead of just saying “it’s good.” The packaging was a thin plastic bag. The postman started naming off the movies inside because the package was torn. Delivery was fast so no complaints there. I appreciate you bringing both the disc condition and packaging concerns to my attention, and I’ll use your feedback to improve how I inspect, describe, and package future orders.
