However I have received it and I’ve had to wash it as it’s secondhand used. He said on the live stream at least 20 times it was brand new and showed an item on the screen that was not the same one that I received. Pretty sure they have one decent item they show on screen then send out different ones. Saw the reviews and questioned on the live, he said that was before he’s a liar. I brought a bin thinking how can it be faulty and it’s got 3 massive dents in it like it’s been kicked around the warehouse I send brand new bin packed condition it's a shipping company fault you need to report to them
