The higher-value watches were assigned to the hit spots, so what did you expect to receive without landing on one? As for the packaging, I take pride in how I ship every order and spend extra money on packing materials to make sure everything arrives protected. Like just be honest about the condition especially on expensive cards The card was shown clearly on our livestream and was in mint condition with no damage, bends, creases, or gauges. It was also packaged in a double sleeve, as we do with all mid- to high-value cards. From the first message, the buyer was asking for another card or a refund. Whatnot reviewed the case and closed it without issuing a refund. We stand by the condition of the card when it was sold and shipped. Based on the circumstances, we have serious concerns about the claim and possible attempts to obtain a refund or replacement. The packs are Baby EIF / ID Blue and were clearly advertised as NON-TCG items. They were never represented as official Pokémon TCG products, so calling them fake is inaccurate. Please review the listing details before making that claim. Our giveaways vary by show, and the description clearly states what may be included.
