I was disappointed in the quality. customer service and shipping was A+Sorry you're not happy with the quality, they look more like a decorative style as shown in the photos vs one of the thicker styles so unsure what you were expecting. Unfortunately I didn't make the towels so I'm unable to control the quality but would recommend asking questions prior to purchasing if you are unsure of a product, brand, style to avoid any disappointment with things not meeting your standards. This by far the best person I have dealt with on Whatnot. If I could give more stars I would. I will definitely be buying from her again.
