I never received my 2 items :( and now I’m blocked and unable to reach seller Again, I’m sorry that your family member no longer works with me however, I have personally reached out to you about pick up with no response. It is your obligation to response and pickup your items when selecting local pickup to save money on shipping. Your package has been ready since 7/28 in the warehouse. It has been over 3 weeks and you have not made any attempt to come grab your package. This falls on you as the buyer not the seller. Leaving a bad review because of your family is unacceptable. Items have never been received. I contacted the seller they said I could pick my items up the next day, yet I had no pick up address. I’m angry because since they first started I have spent hundreds upon hundreds of dollars with them. I did this because I was supporting my friends who worked for them. When my friends worked for them they made sure my items were received. After they fired my friends who brought big business to this account I guess they decided to keep my money right along with my friends walking papers. The separation of employment with my friends and the seller has absolutely nothing to do with me and as business owners they should have made sure my items were picked up. Huge failure on the sellers part. It’s August I purchased those items in July! What kind of business does that!!
Again, this is defamation. You know where the office is, I have told you they are ready for pickup, giving a bad review because of your friends employment is defamation and not to mention I have receipts through the app telling you to come grab them. This is bad way to do business Adrienne and you know it! Be respectful. My items were never picked up. I reached out to the seller, was told I could pick up my items the next day but was never given a pick up address, yet I check the status of my order and it says picked up and that couldn’t be further from the truth!Adrienne,
Leaving a false review because of your friend is not appropriate, not acceptable and outrageous. You haven’t provided multiple pickup codes from items you have received for the month of July and submitting false reviews for defamation is ridiculous. Your last package as been ready as if the date ordered and I have valid proof that I told you to come pick up. I will submit these reviews to whatnot because it is defamation at this point! Beautiful clothing! I got me some really nice quality bamboo! Bought a stitch and grinch set so my babes could semi match and loveeee the prints I got and the quality. The shipping was longer than expected but it was worth the wait :) I love all my items and I’m so excited to out little man in all these outfits! Thank you!! My daughter loves her pjs! Thank you.
