They were safe and healthy. The only issue I had was packing tape. I ended up cutting off a branch of my bonsai succulent because I couldn't get it open. It was delicate and it was impossible to get it open. I like it when people use masking tape it tears easy and is easy to unwind. Otherwise, thank you so much for the beautiful succulents! 😊 I was accidentally sent the wrong plant. I let them know and they were quick to respond. They sent me the right plant and I included a gift. That was nice. I've bought a lot from this seller and they really take care of you. Check them out. Great people. All of the babies that came were absolutely amazing and I’m so happy! Packaging was fantastic and shipment was very fast Plants are beautiful and healthy. Everything arrived well packaged. Well packaged… Thank you 😊 Nice looking plant. Well packaged AWESOME plant, at awesome price, with great packaging. WhatNot is now using ground shipping. As a result, several plants arrived very dehydrated and damaged. This was absolutely not the seller’s fault but it make the experience rate slightly lower. Very nice plants!
