Thank you for supporting my small business :) coleus cutting was in a ziploc bag with air blown into it, nothind securing it from rolling around inside the bag. The paper towel around the cutting was dried out, will not buy again from monsteramatt 😢Paper towel being dried out was probably due to delay in shipping with USPS. Had you messaged me, I would have happily refunded or replaced item(s). I packed clippings in damp paper towels and using the ziplock allows fragile plants a bumper to protect them. Again, had you reached out to let me know the issues, I would have happily made things right. I accidentally ordered from Matt again. (By “accidentally,” I mean I saw something I wanted and my self-control left the chat.) This is my second order, and just like the first, everything arrived in perfect condition. Great seller, great packaging, and absolutely zero drama. The only problem is now I have to avoid his shows… which we all know isn’t going to happen.I appreciate you beyond words! Packing was not sufficient. shipping was fast. Previous to arrival, we exchanged messages, I stated to please reach out if there were any issues, and id be happy to resolve them. I never received a message after arrival with photos or any info regarding their condition. Had that happened I could have had the opportunity to make things right. when shipping plants there is always a risk of potential damage. Leaves were a little browner than what I would’ve liked and unfortunately, after three weeks, I don’t think it’s going to make it.
Awesome seller- good quality plants USPS took forever to deliver but that’s not the sellers fault. All things considered, the plant arrived in descent condition. Seller did a fabulous job packing for the plant to arrive intact. The plants were packed well. They also shipped quickly, but unfortunately I don't think the pothos is going to make it. I do not blame the seller. sometimes plants just get too stressed. a bit messy in the box due to soil spilling (that's ok it's dirt being shipped lol) but the seller put paper towels on the soil so they don't dry out wich I love. They also made sure to put padding around my TC 👍
