I know sometimes things happen. As for the horrendous condition of your parcel I can honestly say I cannot account for any parcels that get damaged through transit. As for items missing? I have photos of all orders before sending them out. Could you send me a list of items missing and I can replace these or refund you no problem! Please don't allow this to taint your view.
