Extremely disappointed with this purchase. The bag’s condition was not accurately disclosed in the listing. It was only mentioned that there were minor callouts in one area under the GG logo, but in reality, there is significant wear on multiple corners that was not shown or described. This feels very misleading and not transparent.
I reached out to the seller to resolve the issue and was told to submit a return request, but after that, there was no proper follow up or support. As a buyer, I expect honesty in listings and better customer service when problems arise.
