During live streams, if a fan art/custom card is pulled, I explicitly state that it is custom fan art. Anything official TCG is represented as TCG, and anything fan art or non-TCG is disclosed as such. This order was for a single card, and I would have gladly reviewed and addressed the issue directly if I had been contacted before the review was left. Really like the pull set up and the deals you get Very confused how your selling fake cards on here like it says your not a loud to on whatnot. You have broken a rule in policy. I want to be very clear: I do not sell fake cards. The items I sell on Whatnot have been purchased through Whatnot, and anything that is fan art, custom, or non-TCG is clearly stated as such during the show and/or in the listing.
This claim comes after you requested a refund and threatened to leave a bad review if you did not get your money back. I take authenticity and Whatnot’s policies seriously. Unfortunately, I was not given the opportunity to address the concern before the negative review was left.
