Reviews (25)Absolutely horrible, they already blocked me because they didn’t hold up their end of the bargain. I was promised rubber tires and never got any, both bases were loose and the wheels were uneven. One car was sided to the right. I would give them a zero but I guess 1/5 is deserving. For $20, they definitely fooled me with how they hid the condition of both cars.
We held up to our end of the deal. You got a refund and sent the cars back. Those 2 cars were the only 2 that did not have rubber tires and that was announced multiple times throughout the show. If you’re not happy, we simply make it right, which we did. I offered you a refund which you accepted. There was no back and forth. But I do not want to do business with people who don’t know what they’re paying for prior to purchasing which is why I blocked you. Thank you for your review! Good show and good packing.
