This was a character break format, meaning buyers receive cards only if that character is pulled during the packs opened. Unfortunately, in this break the top character spot was not hit, so no card was awarded for that position.
We always explain this in the show notes and during the stream so everyone understands that hits are not guaranteed, which is part of the risk and excitement of character breaks.

Our breaks are chance-based, and as stated in the show notes and explained live, spots are not guaranteed hits. Some spots will hit and some won’t, which is part of how breaks work.
