I had to drag my brother in and troubleshoot it for about an hour and after extensive cleaning of the cartridge(which he found was very dirty) it finally, finally worked. I do not want you to be offended by the language of this review because I love your business but I am just very disappointed with the quality of the product.Game Genies are notorious for having issues. All my items are tested working before I list and again before I ship on original cleaned consoles.
