One NWT item was sold to me with dirt makeup and water staining all over and had a bad odor. I tried to reach out to seller and got no resolution. Seller stated that's how she bought it at the official store and buyers should be able to see condition of items during the lives. This tells me either she buys items without checking condition and sells them as is without disclosing flaws to buyers. Or she buys items in excellent condition and stores them in an area exposed to water dirt and dust. I won't risk purchasing from this seller again...
