BUYER BEWARE. I spent over $100 on items I won during the auction, but not ONE item I purchased was in my package. I received another customer’s items instead. I gave the seller 5 days to resolve this, but had to reach back out myself for an update. She then told me my items were apparently sent to another customer and she was waiting for them to respond. I offered to return the incorrect items for a refund, but she never responded, so I had to go through Whatnot. Now I have to go out of my way to return products I never ordered. I also lost out on a giveaway. This was completely unnecessary and could have been handled much more professionally.
