You can see the photos I have sent and the video receipts yet there is no explanation apart from its cheap and we sell fast paced. That doesn't give you a valid reason to hide flaws and lie. Again this is pure lies, as I never once got defensive, I couldn’t see any damages from photos or videos, and give you a full explanation all be it one you didn’t like because it results in you not being able to get a refund whilst keeping the items also!
There was NO mention of selling fast paced, or “cheap” items so again this is a blatent lie, but what else would you expect from someone who abuses the system designed to help people get a better experience, all be it with loop holes in which you have chosen to not only find but also exploit which says a lot about you as a seller/person! Damaged clothes +++++++++++. Not one apology for sending many clothing items damaged. They got annoyed that I asked if they could help me obtain a refund from whatnot. I cannot get refund at the moment because sellers like you lie about the quality of your items. Saying a top is single stich when it's not. Rips, stains, holes. Whatnot needs to put a stop to sellers who break consumer rights laws. This is utter lies and 🐂 💩, you cannot get refunds because you have abused their refund polices and got copious amounts of refunds, then choose to sell on here yourself, that is hypocrisy at its finest! You also didn’t receive damaged clothes, and the reason for this sour review is because I refused to refund OFF PLATFORM! You told me you had other sellers do this even though it’s breach of T&Cs of the app/website!
I responded proactively and politely, however what they need put a stop to is people like you abusing their system and using refunded items for your own streams. Thank u and that was fast delivery👌 💓 Excellent seller. fast shipment and great quality Order arrived quickly though was described as having no damage and therefore I expected a good quality item. Unfortunately what arrived was not quite the standard expected and I probably wouldn’t have bid so high had I known the damage the item had.
