One dtf is damagedI’m sorry for the delay with your package. We’ve worked closely with USPS to address the shipping issues we were experiencing, and now it’s much smoother since those improvements were made. Shipping is an issue We’ve officially addressed the shipping issues and made improvements to our process. Moving forward, every order will include a confirmation photo when it is packaged and ready to ship. This helps document the condition of each package before it leaves our facility and provides added accountability throughout the shipping process. But the shipping is the slowest ever in all my whatnot purchases. It literally took 27 days to get here. Thank God it wasn’t something that was needed right away The gang sheets are so pretty but took a MONTH to arrive, and no it’s not just my issue. I had a few friends order from there as well, and they also had the same issue! Don’t order if you need anything fast. Btw, I had placed 3 separate orders on 3 separate days. All the same. Awesome! Just what I expected!! OMG YAAY, I got another batch today and these girls never disappoint! Transfers are always amazing quality and super vibrant!
