I look forward to selling to you again. Thanks again. While the butter pat and butterfly was great, the rest was not. All was tightly wrapped in duck tape. They had to send a replacement for an item I paid for because it got broke by their son. They said they’d make it up to me and sent cracked, broken and glued together pieces in that place. (I do have pictures of them too) When I messaged about it, they refused to believe this is what happened, but did refund me for what I paid, for that I’m thankful. When I wrap an item, I use a method to mitigate these things from happening. The items I sent you were in fact of way greater value than what you previously purchased. I also have pictures showing all the items I sent were in perfect condition when they left the post office. Again this seems to be an issue that you can’t satisfy everyone and the item you originally wanted seems to be the real issue here. I apologized to you multiple times and for you to blast me and say I refused to believe you is downright ridiculous. Any way you were fully refunded and got multiple items for free.
