I’m very sorry to hear about the odor on the outside shipping box. All of my packages are stored and packed in a clean, smoke-free environment, so I was surprised to hear this as well. Since the item itself was fine, it’s possible the smell occurred somewhere during the shipping process.

Google Play store doesn’t work or unable to open. I have rebooted and reset to factory setting but still getting the same message. Waste of my $95 dollars.I’m sorry to hear about the issue you experienced. The device was fully tested and factory reset before shipping, and it booted normally into the Windows setup screen. Based on your description, it sounds like the issue may be software-related rather than a hardware failure. Since I wasn’t contacted before this review was posted, I didn’t have the opportunity to help troubleshoot or resolve the problem.
