Love them 🖤 These nails are so pretty thanks definitely will be back Purchased $230 worth of nails & this transaction took place during a 2 day stream/ the 1st day she had an auction where a few of us were claiming, after 2 hours I kept asking for a particular design as I need to chk out, she was 2 busy so she couldn’t get to me. I had 2 leave. She sent me a message apologizing, the next day I felt bad and joined her private show/ she told me she had the nails that I claimed saved 4 me so we continued as I was still missing the short square style. I stayed 4 an extra 2 hours & chose more/ her toddler was giving her a hard time so when we finished I told her she doesn’t need to go over last nights so she could go to her child. I trusted all my claims were there, I was wrong & received many missing & 40 almond shaped ones were not packaged. It’s my fault because i trusted her as she appeared soft spoken. I feel she sent me many nails that she was trying 2 get rid of. I won’t be coming back/ many were cheap quality also. It’s so sad but u live & learn.I respect that not every experience will make everyone happy, but I want to clarify the facts. I shipped the order according to the selections made during the live and stand by what was included. Multiple buyers were claiming items at the same time, and items went to whoever claimed them first, as explained during the show. I also provided additional one-on-one time to review your selections and make sure everything was clear. I’m always willing to take responsibility when I make a mistake, but I will also stand up for myself when I know I fulfilled an order correctly. whatnot handled it well! The super sweetest seller.
