Only wanted to refund one even though video proves she said sterling silver on both fake items. Has the nerve to get upset at me for her mistakes. Got upset that I escalated to WN. Yeah because she only wanted to refund one. I told her I didn’t want to keep the items and she said she doesn’t want them back but then changes her mind and doesn’t issue a return label.
