The wooden barn piece was not wrapped at all and when I took it out of the box the backing was hanging off. One of the animals was loose in the box but was not damaged. This was a larger item and I understand harder to pack. Seller was kind and apologized when I contacted and offered coupons for future show. Excellent transaction as always.
