I paid on the 4th and not every post office is open on Saturday and Monday was a Holiday so not shipped on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday but 7 days later. The label was printed on the 4th and not shipped until the 11th. No communication, no letting me know there was extenuating circumstances just when I asked on the 10th she finally shipped on the 11th. And she can’t blame the post office, because from the 11 to today is the 14th. 3/10 product good, sellers customer service and communication needs a whole lot of improvement.
