Reviews (44)Hi, I am so pleased with my purchase! This is a new seller on Whatnot, and I really enjoy her products. They are very affordable, everyday fun brands. I can’t wait to see more. Thank you so much for my items! great and fast shipping. product wraps were awesome I did not receive my full order. I contacted the seller to have the issue corrected, but was told the missing items would be made up with freebies during a future show. Unfortunately, that solution requires me to make another purchase and pay shipping again, which I’m not comfortable doing when the original order was incomplete.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but it’s important that they are addressed and resolved appropriately. Platforms like this rely heavily on trust between buyers and sellers, and when an issue is not properly corrected, it can leave a negative impression. also box was recieved covered in duct tape.
