Seller tried to close it with scotch tape (Schylling does not use this tape) and was covered in cat hair and debris. Was told my other item just had a damaged box - not that it too was completely torn open & had dirt and debris on it as well. This did not happen during transit. I was sold used products. Shipping was fast atleast so gave stars for that. Hi! I’m really sorry to hear you’re disappointed. I always want my customers to have a positive experience!
As for the needoh cake, I inspect everything before shipping, and I would never knowingly send a used product. I take pride in being honest with my buyers.
