Still haven’t took out of the box, as it’s for Christmas. Shipping was always great though! Returning customer and will continue to keep shopping this shop! All my items were received in perfect condition. I am a returning Customer!! Shipped the next day. Received ALL my items in tact and super fast!! First time ever not leaving 5⭐️’s, as well as first time buyer here. Received package and opened Smusher right away. Popped instantly, so sad. (No one’s fault) I messaged seller right away and asked if it was possible if I could get a replacement or if I should just process a refund beings I had just bought a few hours prior and it could go in the same shipment. He asked to provide pictures and I sent all photos including the box he shipped in. I asked if he was able to look at the photos and he said “yes”. A few days later I received my second order, but no replacement nor a response. So I decided to process refund. If you know me, you know I appreciate great customer service and rarely complain. Communication can go a long way! thank you so much for the awesome pick ups! shipping was fast and safe Thought it was a gummy bear, but I still love it
