I can’t get the smell out of my house. some bits died off in shipping, I would definitely order again Packaging was really good but there’s literally almost no floating plants in the cup everything else is a death smelling green water in a cup. I’m really disappointed seeing the product in the live vs to my front door. :( it arrived, as soon as I opened the container smelled disgusting. whatever was supposed to be in there was long gone. Plants died. Not worth it. fast shipping, very nice seller! even with package getting delayed about 5 days, fish showed up alive and healthy, all fish double bagged and foam lined box, very happy with purchase, will buy from again They were in transit for 8-9 days and not only did they arrive alive and healthy, but there were 6 fry included! Very satisfied The fish arrived today, safe and sound with a little added caveat… in one of the bags, were three itty-bitty teeny tiny baby fishies!!! I had to set up a little nursery in a hurry, but, everyone’s doing fine :-)
Great looking and Shrimp love it cups are not full and it looks like duck weed not water lettuce. but the goldfish will like it I guess Fast and secure packaging. Pleased with items. Thank you. Fish were in transit for seven days and arrived alive and well! Just a little hungry and pale, but colored right up after being put in their fish tank and fed. Beautiful healthy fish! Seller stayed in continuous contact with me and was very concerned about shipping delay and whether the fish would arrive alive. Offered me a refund before fish arrived., and we were both delighted when they were all arrived alive!! She does an excellent job packaging the fish. Each fish was individually triple bagged in box was insulated and marked with labels indicating live fish. I am so pleased with how this turned out and with the gorgeous fish I received for such a great price. I highly recommend this seller if you’re looking for gorgeous, healthy fish! I know I will be back. USPS had a shipping delay after seller had shipped out the fish. Fish were in transit for a week. Seller stayed and continuous contact with me and offered to refund me if the fish arrived dead. The fish arrived alive and well! The male colors were dull, but they brightened up almost immediately after being placed in their tank. They are beautiful. The very best packaging I have received for fish here on Whatnot! USPS was extremely slow but the fish were well packaged and arrived alive. Plants appeared to be packed well so I'm not sure why they looked so bad upon arrival this seller is amazing to work with I received quite a bit, unfortunately a lot of the roots had fallen off, that’s as I’m sure they will grow back 😊 The post office took 15 days to deliver my snails, but amazingly because they were packed correctly, they all lived!!
