Only shipped part of my order and when I contacted them, they said they shipped it out the same day I messaged them but stopped responding when I asked for a tracking number. It was so dirty. But free so can't complain. Package got lost or delivered in wrong parcel box. Reached out to USPS then contacted seller through message never responded back. Was trying to get information on package being a small box or bag envelope no response. Not seller fault but rated 1 ⭐️ due to no communication.
