Reviews (41)Beautiful plant! Thank you! Arrived very well packaged and protected. So beautiful and stunning in person and exactly as described! Great communication and Great seller! I am new to the app, and my first purchase was through Neyrod Tropicals. I bought a P. gigas, R. puberula varigata, and Hoya carnosa Krimson Queen. The prices felt fair, and the gigas especially felt like a great deal. Neylin reached out after my purchase to thank me and establish communication, which I appreciated. The plants shipped five days later and arrived in two days. Unfortunately, the box was completely beaten up and I was worried the plants were dead. However, everything was packed with care. The box was full of packing peanuts, and each plant was wrapped thoughtfully, even with cotton padding between some leaves. There was still some damaged from shipping: the puberula lost leaves, and the gigas had several tears. I contact Neylin, and she was understanding and gave some helpful advice. While I did have issues, I do not believe they were the seller's fault. Communication was good, the plants were packed well, and I would buy from this shop again. gorgeous. absolutely in love my plant didnt look like the one in the pic. kinda bummed.Hi Nikki, you messaged me and I told you it’s the only one of that kind I ever had. I even accepted the lower offer you sent for it… sorry it lost a couple of leaves in transit because of the cold weather in your area. Once it starts pushing new leaves you’ll see it was the same plant indeed… Absolutely wonderful shipping and some of the best packaging I’ve seen! Plant arrived in perfect condition!
