Ok so i know by your response to me of the way the free card showed up damaged without a top loader in a flimsy envelope that nh_cardz doesn’t even care probably shouldn’t even offer giveaways. This is how you do it. Here is the response I received after sending pictures of the damaged Card. “ Hey there. Just seeing your message now. Please always allow at least 24 hours for a response. We aren't on the account 24/Z so we can't always respond right away. I'm sorry to hear this has happened. Giveaways must be shipped in those envelopes per whatnot rules and a lot of times they get rejected back to us because it's too thick. So sometimes we try to avoid putting them in toploaders to make sure it will get sent. I appreciate the recommendation though and we will certainly take it into consideration” I certainly have shipped enough cards that I know at top loader would not make a difference in the price of shipping.
