The seller is at best negligent, at worst deceptive.
1. The item arrived damaged, in a condition that is worse than your advertisement. You have failed to provide sufficient protection for the item, such as containing it in a hard box. As a result, a large crack is incurred on one side of the capsule during transit.
2. You have misrepresented the content of the item. You claimed it was silver. And you sold it for $100 to me. However, according to my research, it is clad. And its most expensive copy on Littleton Company is for sale for $46.5. You have upcharged me for a damaged, inferior product. Excellent product! Excellent price! Excellent experience!
