I won a pink heated round brush and received blue instead. No box, and it was full of hair. It is definitely a health hazard, as it is unknown as to who the hair belongs to or if that person has any sort of a scalp infection. I also won a heat styling tool with various attachments. It was packaged haphazardly, the styling tool box was damaged, and it did not work. While the items were inexpensive, it’s a matter of principle.
While the host has written various comments on other posts as regarding her informing her customer if and when something was used. I went back and viewed my video receipts. There was no verbal warning as to either of my items being used. I write this with the utmost respect, for health and sanitation reasons alone, please do not sell anymore used items. They are easily to clean and I’ll check your order to make sure also please message me I’m happy to help with any order to make it right Love the cups I received.
