I can tell that this seller takes their customer service very seriously. Several of the 3D printed items were broken. Both clothing rack dowels broke right away upon assembly, a scithe and a few crowns arrived broken. I think it was due to the type of material used for the printing. very cute item but the bar to hang the clothes on was broken 😞. Overall the packaging was great.
