Meanwhile same seller is on the same show I’m watching conversing with MOD’s in the chat but ignoring my mentions to them asking if they checked their DM’s.
Shipping was slow to send out and obviously aren’t interested in “making things right.”
I gave them a fair chance to respond but when you’re conversing in the same show chat as me and choosing to ignore me? BRUTAL! Took a week before it was shipped. shipping took a little longer than expected Took a month to ship and lack of response to messages. Shoes are great though. I ordered this shoe on January 22nd. took them 14 days to even get it to USPS. I messaged them on January 29th asking for a status update. I even went on one of their live stream shows and asked them to review their messages . I never received a response. I finally received the shoes on February 9th. I understand they might want to blame the weather but the weather has nothing to do with not responding to my message let alone getting it the post office in 14 days while other shippers on whatnot in the same parts of the country were able to do it.
