The shop appears to be run by two individuals, and it quickly becomes clear who is controlling the show. At times, the bidding activity felt unusual and raised concerns about transparency in the auctions. Shilling and up bidding!
When I raised legitimate concerns, the response turned hostile and accusatory instead of solution-oriented. Delicate items were shipped in inadequate packaging, including a flat envelope, increasing the risk of damage. Rather than addressing this, I was blamed and even accused of intentionally damaging return items in an offensive way. She accused me of Sh***ting on the item before returning, yea wow!
Overall, the experience felt disorganized, defensive, and unprofessional. Buyers should proceed with caution.
