Reviews (76)if there was an option for no stars best belive i would be pressing it , i ordered a chase and they swapped for the chance for the normal version in the box i paid 13 pound for what i thought it would be a chase however no it was an 8 pound funko pop would not recommend they was really nice on live so it was actually a shame to never buy from them again
Summerhai you got the limited edition chase that you ordered which was also in a sealed hard stack so we couldn't have changed it even if we wanted too. Nothing was swapped out at all. You got an absolute steal and we tried our best to solve your personal issue after the show. Thank you for the review. all other funko pops was fine but the jack torrance was stated as perfect and on receiving it seen it has a pretty big crack on front of the plastic screen an creasing on left side of front of the funko pop what is disappointing Hi Oracle, I'm sorry that this has arrived damaged however as you saw on the stream it was in perfect condition with no cracks or creases. Every item is well packaged to prevent damage however once in the hands of Royal Mail there is nothing more that we can do.
