The stitches are fake even the logo for Ugg is real bad. I’m sorry you’re disappointed, but your claim that these boots are counterfeit is a false accusation. You purchased Koolaburra by UGG, not the classic UGG line. These boots were purchased directly from Macy’s, an authorized retailer, and I have the original Macy’s receipt and invoice proving their authenticity.
The boots even have the original “Floor Sample” marking on the logo, exactly as they came from Macy’s. Macy’s does not sell counterfeit products or place counterfeit items on its sales floor.
