One of the items I bought had the plastic hygiene seal removed and box was visibly shown to be opened many times prior. Don’t feel comfortable with using it now due to this. Was excited to receive these items but unfortunately was not what I expected. Could be innocently done by my part, I could have missed that this is something which is of standard. Thank you for my orderHi StaffyG, as listed in my show knows sometimes delays can me made due to my health condition, I was infact in hospital for 4 of these days, and you parcel was sent out within the timeframe provided… I do apologise that there was a delay with your order, as for a “hygene seal being removed, could you please state which product this was? And send me images of how it arrive and how it has apparently been used multiple time as all items I buy are bought directly from the company and sold as they come and are seen on the live?
