What a horrible experience ordered two things didn’t get what I got and got completely different from what I got. I want a complete refund as the unsatisfaction of not getting of what I complied of buying online. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable as a Whatnot purchaser and a Whatnot seller. Please do not buy from this person. It is a complete scammer just trying to take your money. Package was not packaged well literally holding by tape. I ordered on the 21st. there was never a shipping confirmation or tracking provided. delivered today 1/6. The items were great except the body wash seal was off. I wouldmhave rated 5 stars if shipping out would have been faster :( I have spent over $500 with this seller. I was sent the complete wrong package when I ordered almost $200 worth of stuff. It was never fixed. Never refunded nothing. This is the 3rd or 4th time now I’ve had major screw ups in my orders and never will she fix them. She kicked me outta her show for asking because she refuses to answer messages. Just all around a bad experience everytime and I gave her ALOT of chances and kept coming back like a dummy. Please be cautious and be sure to check your orders! The seller was super nice. I love the packaging and the giveaway. I got a cute bracelet for my giveaway. Always a pleasure and awesome products
