During sale it was described properly multiple times. Again all items are storage unit finds and described exactly what is seen. Weren’t bagged and boarded and the packaging wasn’t the greatest. Items were sent as listed. During sale items were not bagged and boarded and we never said they would be. All items were bubble wrapped and sent in a flat rate box. I purchased a gold necklace on a chance....paid $31.00....almost $40.00 with shipping....took it to the jewelry....turned out to be nothing! they told me it was fake!Item was listed as stamped necklace untested. Not once was any claim made that it was real or fake. As you said you took a chance. One of the best on the app!!! Always has 🔥🔥 deals and a huge selection!!
