Never got a response from seller, had to escalate to WN support. This is very unfortunate because I really like this seller… Not authentic like the sellers says. Smells great going on but five minutes later the smell is gone. DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER! I received my order and I was missing two perfumes. The seller swore he would make things right and send me the missing items. It has been over a month now and I am still waiting. The seller has stopped responding to my messages and he is a lying thief! Don’t be fooled by the low prices, he will not send you the perfumes you bid on! Do not trust the seller and do not fall for the low prices because ultimately you will be ripped off! What a shame he is not a man of his word! Whatnot should close him down for scamming customers!😡 I didn’t get but one of my perfumes and I have submitted a complaint to customer service and emailed the seller and haven’t gotten a response and it has been a week. I orders 10 orders in one night and I expect better service. I also got a package and a bottle of perfume was broken. I also didn’t get a response on that order and 1 package never came. A refund was supposed to be given back to me and haven’t received that either. My my my ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE shipping and incorrect product! I have been shopping with them
For a bit and I have noticed things going downhill. This is the 2nd time I've had an issue with what I've purchased. This time the seller has lied and lied and lied. Sent a picture of a label but never sent the package. I have been waiting on my right product for over 3 weeks. Communication SUCKS! I have waited and debated posting this but IM LIVID with them. I will never shop with them again. Shipping sucks! Missing or incorrect product! No communication! Tells lies! I'm over it and if I could post conversation screenshots I would. I have been a friend to the business and the business hasn't been a friend to me. I'm done and I will not recommend anyone to shop here. Very well packaged , got one for me & my bf he’s gonna love it! Thankyou!!

I read the reviews before purchasing from this seller hoping my order would be different but unfortunately it wasn’t. My order came missing items and seller isn’t responsive. Missing several bottles have reached out on multiple occasions to get resolved. Seller claimed to have shipped the replacements. When I reached back out for tracking info the seller has not responded and I'm out of money super disappointed when I tried to give a chance to get corrected. Authentic, brand new, all smell great! After contacting the seller, they acknowledged the mistake and stated they would send the correct item. I offered to keep and pay for the perfume I received by mistake, as well as pay for the perfume I originally ordered, in an effort to make the situation easier to resolve. I understand mistakes happen! Despite this, I never received the correct item or any further resolution. I am disappointed with the lack of follow-through and would not purchase from this seller again.
