I purchased an NW45 Concealer that she showed on camera along with 7 other items. She later messaged me saying she doesn't know where the concealer is and she "lost" it (after admitting on camera it was her shade and that she hid it but whomever was helping her found it). She asked me what would I like in its place and I was disappointed but appreciated her telling me and giving me a chance to grab something else. My package finally arrives and out of the 8 items I ordered - only 6 arrived. I was missing a medium setting power along with an eyeshadow called Last Dance (I believe was the name). It's all verified on video that I purchased all 8 items. Instead of leaving a review, I messaged her and told her about receiving only 6 of 8 items and instead of an apology or trying to fix her mistake - she blocked me. Wow. Do better.
