What a great experience!! First - I absolutely love the bag we purchased. Unfortunately it was delivered without the cross strap. I messages them right away and was nervous I wasn’t going to get a response but within seconds they responded and resolved my issue immediately! They drove in the rain to their storage facility and mailed my strap out the next day. What amazing service! Thank you so much and look forward to doing business with you all again soon.
