Reviews (64) Purchased the watch on a Friday and was told it would ship the following Monday, but it did not. I messaged the seller mid-week and again at the end of the week for an update but never received a response. The watch was eventually shipped seven days after the purchase date. I understand that things happen and people get busy, but any communication or explanation would have been appreciated. When the watch arrived, it was quite dirty and had several scratches. Additionally, the original strap that I was told would be included was missing. I’m generally not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews, but this was unfortunately the worst experience I’ve had on Whatnot, and I’ve conducted a lot of business on the platform. All the Timex watches were excellent, but the citizen watch was not. The band is a total mess on the inside and you stated on the video that it was very good, the stem doesn’t pull out and the watch isn’t working. Thank you so much. I love everything. God bless you.
