Fast shipping shipping was extremely delayed but I don't think it was the fault of the seller at all. because the package took over 10 days to get here though, it was in pretty poor shape causing dirt to get on one of the dresses because packaging was ripped. I wish they would have been shipped in a box. I wish the dress had been packaged better for shipping. there was a huge delay with every dress I ordered (weather related) and the package was ripped open when I finally got it. It was not the best way to package a $5,000 wedding dress. It was also not stated during the live show that the belt (normally included with this dress) was missing from the dress. Very disappointed. My request for my bundle was long or short bridal ish anything white. I’m getting married so any white options would be great. Bridal shower, bachelorette party, rehearsal. I was so excited.
When I won I immediately private messages 2-4 long or short white. When the package arrived I got a size 20,18, 10, 6 and extra small long sleeve.
I thought maybe my bundle got mixed up. When I checked I was told she didn’t see my request and there were no white options. I asked if I could return the items and at least get items my size, the response was attend the next show, purchase and she would throw in an extra.
Now I am stuck with 5 dresses one being a size 20 and 18. I wish they were at least my size. What’s wild is you bought a prom/homecoming bundle of 5 dresses for $35 and thought you could select wedding dresses, took days to respond and then blame someone else for you not having read or checked the images of the item you purchased. We offered a solution that didn’t go against whatnot policies and you still had an issue. The bundled dresses are beautiful and well worth the price. The wedding gown had a slight flaw that was not disclosed, but the issued was resolved with a discount to cover the cost. Very happy with this purchase First - the postal service drop kicked the box but gratefully it was 2 dresses and they were fine !!! My dresses are beautiful! please start packaging your beautiful dresses better Shipping was quick and everything arrived in perfect condition! What a beautiful dress .. the zipper needs fixing as it was mentioned but that’s a very minor thing. Is a lil too tight but hey I need to loose some weight anyway.
