My shipment never showed up and I never heard anything back from the seller after multiple attempts. I had to go through Whatnot to get any information or refund. Missing items from my package with no support from the buyer. Received the wrong item. Tried to reach out to seller multiple times but never responded. Whatnot did nothing helping. Item said it was delivered at 3:30am. But I didn’t receive any package. No free givy. This is the second time an order came in either wrong or not at all now. I still like his streams. Just sucks I didn’t win a cool prize from him. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This is my second purchase from this seller. The first time I ordered 7 items from them and only received 4 of the seven items I purchased. I tried to contact the seller and they never responded. I went through whatnot customer service for a refund, and received my money back for two of the three items. I’m disputing the third item through my credit card company. Then the seller reached out to me after the review I left them and told me if I take the review down they would send me the items that were missing for free. I removed the review and they ghosted me and wouldn’t respond. I said something in one of there shows and they blocked me. Beware this seller is very shady! Beautiful! And arrived fast! Would leave zero stars if I could. Terrible seller. Took nearly a 1000 dollars of money from me. Never shipped any of the items which were all Masters items so we did not bid on other shows. Did not ship the items. Asked several times to contact me with no response. Then I put a claim in with the app and he instantly refunds me and says nothing.
Unbelievable! He should be removed from the app. Official 2026 Masters Hat #105 was not shipped with other items. I have paid for this and did not receive. I notified the seller and they responded with apology and offered refund or to send out the hat. I have sent multiple messages asking for them to send the hat I purchased. Offtourtruck has been unresponsive since. I prefer to have the hat over a refund. unacceptable! Can’t lie, this was funny to open. I appreciate the laugh Got a hat for a great price during chaos. Large was like for a 100lb kid lol
