Blessings Pete. 10/10 Ohana is the best, never had any issues with any of my comics. Great shipping. I trust him as my “LCS”. 🐐 🤙🏽🌊 Items were shipped out quickly and packaged beautifully! Always a great time on stream with ohana! Comics arrived exactly as described Horrible! Blames the fast pace of the show on their error. Sent me 2 copies of the same comic but it clearly shows on the video receipt that I purchased 2 different ones. Won't send me the correct one and wanta me to pay again for the one I ordered. As previously explained, each purchase includes an itemized receipt in your activity showing the comic title and an image of the cover purchased. If multiple copies are purchased, it is the customer’s responsibility to request a cancellation or replacement during the live stream.
Our team processes orders based on the official itemized receipts, as video receipts do not always align precisely with the timing of purchases.
We understand your frustration and apologize for any confusion. As mentioned, we would be more than happy to provide a replacement copy of the issue you’re wanting.
