of a set that is incomplete Hi Gypsyhound! I am not certain what you are referring to but none of the salt and pepper shakers you bought are a set outside of each other. The hugging squirrels, the owls and the squirrels holding an acorn are all their own set. There are no other pieces to a salt and pepper shaker set. :) One of my favorite sellers on whatnot!
