Before writing this review, i reached out to the seller twice. I got no reply or response. My mistake - I shouldn't have taken the time to see if they seller wanted to make this right before wasting time. Now my refund window is closed and this seller doesn't have to do anything but continue on with their poor customer service. Got a new 2026 Dime. First I have gotten. Will add to my book.
