Wouldn’t damage during shipping have been noticed and reported upon delivery? Had you contacted us promptly, we would have addressed it immediately. After 35 days, there’s no way to determine whether damage occurred during shipping or subsequent handling or storage. Despite this, we offered a substantial discount as a goodwill gesture.
